THE KILLING OF SOME MUSLIMS IN RUKUBA. Wrtb: Leericle Chris Nanchip

In his book leadership in the bud, barrister Gideon Edem said and I quote "A leader should learn to comment when everyone else have commented." The Essence of commenting last is to give everyone a sense of belonging in a group, gathering or in the community. It would also give you the leader an opportunity to listen to other people's views and make you see things from different perspectives aside yours.

Looking at the series of events, I mean the killings that have been going on in plateau state by Fulani militia, one would wonder whether there's no government in the state or if something has happened to the federal government which has been proactive in dealing with citizens who dare to defend themselves against killer herdsmen or those who want to secede from Nigeria due to incessant killings, nepotism, impunity and the level of ethnic bigotry shown by the president. We have seen how lives and properties destroyed by Fulani militia in Riyom, Bokkos, Bassa and across the country. Recently, Irigwe community have been under attack yet neither the state or the federal government has fetch or bring to book the perpetrators of these evil schemes but as of yesterday, they were swift at drawing conclusion, pointing fingers at the Irigwe nation and the securities in the state immediately arrested some of the youths in Rukuba to be in connection with the attack in which several lives were lost.

Before yesterday attack in Rukuba, I have seen a purported letter circulating on Facebook written to the university of jos by Bokoharam in which the sect said they'll be coming to attack the institution. Would the securities in plateau state say they are not on media platforms to have seen the threat the letter would have caused? Though one can not authenticate the truth in that letter or its content, a letter as that should not have be taken for granted due to the fact that the Fulani jihadist and some joint Islamic terrorist groups have been targeting Plateau state capital.
Recalled that On 20 May 2014, two bombs exploded in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, killing at least 118 people and injuring more than 56 others in terminus? Did bokoharam not claim responsibility for the attack? What has the securities in plateau state learnt from that heinous act?

The sleepy, snoring and clueless governor has known even before he occupied Rayfield that Plateau state is being envied, targeted and labelled. I believe he knows the group of those who have been destabilizing peace in Jos that's why he made one of them a commissioner as contained in his speech on how he has achieved tranquility in the state.

Now, whether Irigwe youths are responsible for the attack in Rukuba or not, why didn't the state and federal government respectively, swing into action to arrest those who have been murdering the Rigwes? Did what happen in Rukuba a plot to silent the Irigwe people from expressing their pains and angst? Why is Irigwe nation tagged to the attack?
Whatever this situation is, I want the state and the federal government to note that the world is watching.
