THE BIOGRAPHY OF LATE TAROK CULTURAL UNIFIER AND LEGENDARY SINGER ZHIMAK KEMZHIBU

Late Zhimak kemzhibu was born into royalty family of Kemzhibu (first Galadima Gani) after the Tarok leadership reformation also known as Reak census of 1950s.

Zhimak was the only son to Late Cheif kemzhibu who was the first person to introduced Tarok cultural song. He later transferred all the musical blessing to his son Zhimak which was more of act of worship or sacrifice.

Zhimak kept practicing his father's profession among Tarok people and he became famous and entertaining to other tribes who could not even understand Tarok language. He took Tarok nation musically all over Nigeria, he preached peace, uniformity among Tarok elites especially the Langtang mafia of the former military Junta.

Zhimak performanced at the FESTAC Lagos 1970 listed Tarok people culture as one of the most admiring on the Plateau. It's was noted that, Zhimak children who turned to practiced his profession died prematurely, a mystery remains unknown.

Until his demised in 2005, he remains the most notable and famous Tarok Cultural singer and his songs are recorded which are now play all over among Tarok people and those who loves him.
