The whiteman came to Tarokland through Wase Local Government. He demanded to see the leader of the Tarohland and the Hausas' took him to Pil-gani. Where he was finally taken to Langtang to Ponzhi Zuzzul Dadi, was later taken to Ibi to represent the Taroh people. The white man's frequent requests and demands that the Ponzhi Mbin should always accompany him on his long tours of the area at those times when the Ponzhi Mbin was prevented by rules governing his office concerning his movements and mixing with people Zuzzul suggested that he should be allowed to appoint Falang (He first used the tittle Ponzhi Langtang) after the death of Ponzhi Zuzzul Miri seldung was appointed Ponzhi Mbin and he adopted them following people to represent him:-
1. Likli
2. Vongun Dodo
3. Yarling Toktan
4. Damtyem (Datyem) first grade chief class three III.
At first these appointees were mere messengers of the real Ponzhi, but as time went on the became more powerful than the Ponzhi Mbin, who appointed them, all the four was from the ruling houses of "CE" Since they were direct representatives of the Ponzhi Mbins in accompanying the whiteman on his tours round the Tarokland or villages to meet and make friends with the people. They naturally became rulers of Tarokland according to the whiteman's style on behalf of the Ponzhi Mbins. With the appointment of Ponzhi Garba Wuyep he was forced by politicians to adopt the title of Ponzhi Taroh without the consent of the elders. When commented about, the politicians were alway saying that it was a mere change of Title. But now it would prefer going back to the former title of Ponzhi Langtang. The aim of the politicians were mainly to make the stool of Ponzhi Langtang to be contested by everyone. The Whiteman therefore, gradually changed the taroh system of government which was directly from Ponzhi Mbin to indirectly from the representatives of the Ponzhi Mbin.
