• Contact Glossybox customer service at 844-433-5145 to cancel your subscription.

Monday through Thursday, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Friday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

• Once the agent responds, speak with them about canceling your ongoing Glossybox subscription.
• Give them the necessary account information.
• Inquire about the cancellation confirmation email and keep it safe. 

How to Deactivate Glossybox Membership Via the Webpage

Canceling your Glossybox order online is a simple process.

Simply go to the Glossybox website and click the Login button to access your account.

Enter your Glossybox account email address and password.

The Header 'Subscriptions' can be found on the account page.

If you press on your subscription, you will be able to terminate it. It's important to note that if you deactivate your Glossybox after the 14th of the month, you'll still get the following month's Glossybox because the order has already been processed.

As a result, you will continue to be charged for that box. Your termination will go into effect the following month.

FAQ About Glossybox

Is it possible to return my Glossybox?

If you wish to return a box to us, kindly do so within 14 days of receiving your box. Glossybox will not accept your box for a refund after this period elapses.

Bear in mind that boxes will only be paid back if they are sealed.

To return your box, please contact our Customer Care Team via Your Account, and they will provide you with our returns location and an authorization code.

GLOSSYBOX will not be responsible for the return shipping fee it is fine to send your box back via Standard Delivery Service, but Glossybox does ask that you keep a copy of your postage receipt in case your box does not arrive at their distribution center. 

Why am I being charged after canceling my subscription?

The most common reason is that the cancellation occurred after the subscription deadline.

By the 14th of the last month, your GLOSSYBOX monthly subscription should be deactivated ( you must cancel by the 14th of May if you wish for the May box to be your final month). 

You cannot deactivate a three, six, or twelve-month membership early.

You can disable at any time, but only at the end of the course will you be able to do so. 

You must deactivate by the 14th of the previous month.

Termination before the expiration date will not deactivate or refund the leftover delivery orders because it only stops the renewal at the expiration date. 

What Happens When My Fixed-Term Subscription Expires?

If you signed up for a 3, 6, or 12-month Pay Upfront plan, it will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the term.

You can cancel this renewal service through your online account by the 14th of your final box month.

Please keep in mind that we cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf; you must do so through your online account. 

If you want to change premium services, you must first opt out of the current plan you are on.

You can then go in and reactivate a new subscription at any time after the first of the month to avoid duplicate boxes (e.g.

You have a 6-month plan that runs from February to July.

You must choose to cancel by July 14th.

Then, on August 1st, you can log in and reactivate, selecting your preferred new plan).
