The world is changing too quickly; many things are happening at breakneck speed, and young people must have an education that fulfills the demands of the modern world. Arts and culture are an important component of comprehensive and competitive training. It is nearly impossible to imagine a people without culture, because this would imply that they have no experience or knowledge of the world.
The perspective or purview through which a people understands the world around them is determined by culture. Their values, practices, behaviors, beliefs, attitudes, perceptions, and actions are all influenced by it. Cultural differences should not separate us from one another, according to Robert Alan, but rather bring a collective power that may benefit all of humanity.
Many cultural practices are vanishing, and Tarok culture, with its diverse character, has to be revived and preserved. With the objective of preserving African culture and art for future generations to view and appreciate, MaxAfrica has created this docket to teach and showcase Tarok culture and art work.
