Using internet banking.

2. From the menu select “my services “

4. Tap on “card hotlist request “
5. Follow the on screen prompts and block your card.

Using an ATM.

If you are in a situation where you do not have access to your phone or any device to log in to your mobile banking apps, visit the nearest GTbank ATM close to you, there you can hotlist your card via any if the cardless option there.

Note: you’ll be required to know the last four digit of your ATM card to pull this off.

To use this method follow these steps:

1. Press any key on the ATM to start the cardless transaction.
2. Next, select cardless hotlist
3. Enter the mobile number linked to your GTbank account.
4. Lastly enter the last four digit of your ATM card.

And with that you would have successfully blocked your debit card using an ATM.
